Update on construction works

Work is well and truly back into full swing at Keswick after a few days off site to allow the ground to dry out after the two inches of rain we received recently.

The road network is undergoing final preparations before the bitumen primer seal is laid next week.

Subdivision plans are being completed now that the majority of works are finished and these are expected to be ready for lodging in the next few days.

NBN connection for new lots

Did you know that lots in Stage 4 at Keswick Estate will have access to the fastest internet connection available through the national broadband network (NBN)?

NBN Co will install the optical fibre through the installed conduits (telecommunication pipework) after the construction works are complete, so it will be available as houses are constructed or just prior to construction.

NOW SELLING!

Sales off the plan opened yesterday, with seven lots selling before 11am. Eight lots remain available to purchase off the plan.

The Daily Liberal printed this article today on the early success of the release.

Ballot applications close tomorrow afternoon at 5pm and will be drawn on Friday at 10am.

Are you looking to buy a residential block in Dubbo? 

15 lots in the next release of Keswick Estate will be sold off the plan from Monday 9 December 2013, ranging in size from 739.5m² up to 1,193m² and priced between $130,000 and $140,000.

On the first day of sales opening, lots will be sold on a ‘first in’ basis from 9am. This means you (or a representative) will need to lodge your Application to Purchase off the Plan form in person at Dubbo City Council. 

From Tuesday 10 December you can lodge the application in person, by mail or electronically (if there are lots remaining).

Do you qualify for a $10,000 price subsidy?

Is your gross household income under $62,000pa? 

If yes, you are eligible to enter the ballot and if successful, receive a $10,000 discount off the price of your lot at Keswick Estate Dubbo!

The lots allocated to ballot also have no minimum building size covenant, so you are free to decide on the size of your new home. 

If you qualify for the NSW First Home Buyers Grant you are also eligible to enter the ballot, however you are only eligible for the price subsidy if you meet the income test requirements.

Ballot applications close on Wednesday 11 December 2013 at 5pm with the draw taking place on Friday 13 December 2013 at 10am in the Central Conference Room at Dubbo City Council.
